Disability Discrimination

The Americans with Disabilities Act protects employees with disabilities from differential treatment. You are protected if your disability is permanent, temporary or only partially disabling. Employers are legally obligated to provide you with reasonable accommodations. If your employer has treated you differently because of a disability or illness we can hold then accountable. If you have been denied reasonable accommodations, we can use the law to provide you with recourse.
